■ General Rules

1.These are a guideline for the usage of internet service ("service" for short) and the service supply of the character-specialized Vooz website run by Vooz. 
2. These rules are in effect when items are posted on the service boards or are announced to members and non-members in other ways.                                              
3. Vooz has the right to change or edit these rules with out prior notice.                                                                                                                                             
4. Laws and customs are to be used for those articles that were not specified by the general rules.

■ Registration and Withdrawal

1. A member is a person or corporation who has been approved and has agreed with the general rules. A member has been issued an ID with a password through our company's member registration process.                                                    
2. A corporate member is a company that has registered with an interest in character licensing and has licensed a character from Vooz or is considering the purchase a character license or would like to request a new design through this website.                                                                                                                                                                                            
3. Users who want to become a member of the Pucca Club website must submit an online registration form through the website. 
Users who have registered will stay as an official registered member without a time limit unless the member cancels the membership or has refused to abide by the rules or used the website in an unsound manner.

■ Banning Membership

A Pucca Club member will get banned without notice if they fail to abide by the rules and commit an action that falls under the following items.
1. Inputting false information in the registration form                                                                                                                                              
2. Failing to follow the general rules or a violation of the personal information protection policy.                                                                                             
3. Infringing on Pucca Club's business by illegally copying or distributing information provided by the Pucca Club website.                                       
4. Damaging the Pucca Club's and/or associated companies reputations by using the website in a manner the is deemed undignified.  
                                                                                       
■Obligations and responsibilities
(Company's Obligations)
Pucca Club will continuously provide stable service for all members and users.                                                                                                       
1.Pucca club will maintain the service supply so they can be in practical use at all times, and when there is a problem, it will be fixed and resolved quickly so that users don't suffer any prolonged inconvenience.

(User's Obligations)
The user has the responsibility to supervise their own member ID and password.   
                                                                                        
2. Users must observe the rules and laws.                                                                                                                                                               
3. If a member's e-mail address has changed they are responsible to update it if not they are considered responsible for any kind of disadvantage that may occur from not updating personal information.

(Service Stoppage)
1.Pucca Club may stop providing service if any incident beyond human control occurs.                                                                                       
2. Pucca Club may stop providing service after notification for various business-related reasons.  
                                                                             
(Limits of Responsibility)
Pucca Club is not responsible for any kind of loss that occurs related to the agreement or program used.                                                                             
Pucca Club is not responsible if you fall in love with any of the characters.
