A : It’s not recommendable changing your ID once it is being set up in the site.
To change your ID, request the removal of your existing ID then you should reapply for registration after 24 hours.
You should periodically change password to protect personal information.

| A : The Pucca Club Global Site displays excellent products created by companies from around the world. Some products are only available in some regions and so cannot be purchased from this site. If you are interested in purchasing a Pucca product please find the appropriate retail agencies in your country. Don’t be fooled by fakes! |

| Q3 : How can I identify genuine products of Pucca? |

A : All genuine products of Pucca have a certificate stamp.
Illegal products do not have hologram certificate stamp.
The size of stamp is 1.2cm x 1.2cm square and it is attached to genuine products.

Genuine product has a copyright which shows legal right. VOOZ uses two types of copyright. Please check following text is used for the products.
